are you going to put that thing in your mouth?

A lunchtime treat. Peanut butter, banana and honey on whole wheat bread with a tall glass of cold milk (milk not shown).

You are:

A. Nauseous

B. Jealous

You can take the boy out of Ohio, etc.

Better than what I had for lunch. Lettuce, carrot sticks, grumble, grumble. Nice post headline. You're going to get piles of traffic off that ... ;)

Why on earth would anyone put fruit in amongst bread?

Daisy: Are you kidding? Urp. I'll pass on THAT concoction!

Pop: Try it! You’ll thank me later.

Elusive: Are you a rabbit? The headline is one of my famous double-entendres.

Few: When you put it that way, it sounds disgusting.

Yum. But it's even better the way my dad taught me to make it. Substitute a sourdough english muffin for the bread and grill it.

Am I a rabbit? Er no. Although we do have some characteristics in common. Eating rabbit food happens to be one of them right now. The other, the less said, the better .... ;) and it's Miss P btw, although elusive is not a bad descriptor ... *grin*

PS
You Americans seem to have odd taste in food. I'd never dream of putting peanut butter on bread and then frying it. And I can think of far better uses for honey, as well :) Each to his own ...

Janet: The grilling seems to be a reoccurring theme but I don’t see it.

Gnu: Drool not! Run to your kitchen immediately!

The Elusive Miss P: Where are you from, pray tell? Do you eat vegemite sandwiches, by any chance?

Nurse: I think I know what you’re referring to, you little minx.

E: A drippy smelly package is racing its way across America as I type this.

Sid: We have our obsessions. It’s part of our charm.

Heidi: No! No bacon! That’s just crazy.

Husband eats these all the time. He also likes pb and honey which the girl child has taken a shine to as well. I love pb but the allergy thing prevents it now.

Actually, I like pb and honey (NO butter!) and I like pb and banana (never had deep fried, like Elvis), but I've never tried pb AND banana AND honey.

And I don't think I will.
